Travlos, Andrew, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Andrew Travlos is currently a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the University of British Columbia. He is also Medical Manager of the Neuromusculoskeletal Program at GF Strong Rehab Centre; consulting Physiatrist with GF Strong Rehab Centre and Vancouver General Hospital as well as Director of the Electrodiagnostic laboratory at GF Strong Rehab Centre.
Dr. Travlos completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Witswatersrand University, South Africa. He went on to further his training and completed a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of British Columbia, as well as a one year fellowship sub-specialty training in Electrodiagnostic Medicine at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Travlos is a Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a member of the British Columbia Medical Association. He is also a Diplomate, American Board of Electrophysiologic Medicine and Diplomate, American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is the elected Chair of the Royal College Specialty Committee in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of Canada and a member of both the Canadian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Canadian Congress of Neurological Sciences.
